Curriculum Vitae

Daniel Jacobasch joined KOMNING law firm right after obtaining his license in 2005. He focusses on counselling doctors and pharmacists. He is also a lecturer for administrative law at the Hochschule Neubrandenburg (University of Applied Sciences) for masters studies in social and health care. He is doing presentations in nursing homes et al. regarding health care law as well. When counselling on M&A issues, Daniela Jacobasch is part of the team. He is also working on administrative law.

Training

Daniel Jacobasch studied at the Ernst-Moritz-Universität in Greifswald and at the Georgetown University in Washington DC. After his studies he was working as a research associate for Prof. Helmut Heiss on civil law matters. He did his lawyer’s training at the regional court in Berlin until 2005. Daniel Jacobasch is currently doing his PhD at the university of Greifswald on law of tort.

Daniel Jacobasch is a member of the Deutscher Anwaltverein (German Lawyer’s Association) and its chapter in Neubrandenburg.
