Law of terms and conditions
Terms and conditions are pre-phrased contract terms by one party to be used in a number of similar contracts (at least three). In contracts with consumers one contract is enough if the consumer could not influence the phrasing.
We counsel on the following issues:
- Check if the phrasing of T&C’s is valid under German and European Law and if they are in effect included in a contract
